This Privacy Policy explains how Carlos Codes for Me GmbH ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Sudoku Dark mobile application ("App") available on Google Play.

Sudoku Dark is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically:

• We do not access your contacts, call logs, or SMS messages.
• We do not collect device location data.
• We do not access your camera or microphone.

• We do not collect health data or Health Connect data.

All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks that collect user data. No data is shared with any third parties.

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect certain data in connection with the download and installation of the App according to Google's own Privacy Policy. This data collection is outside of our control and is governed by Google's terms.

Since we do not collect any personal or sensitive user data, there is no user data to share, sell, or transfer to third parties. We do not sell any user data.

Although the App does not collect personal data, we take the security of our application seriously. All locally stored game data (puzzles, progress, settings) resides in the App's private storage on your device, protected by the Android operating system's sandboxing mechanisms.

All game-related data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all App data at any time by:

• Clearing the App's data via your device's Settings > Apps > Sudoku Dark > Storage > Clear Data.
• Uninstalling the App, which removes all associated local data.

Since no data is stored on our servers, there is no server-side data to retain or delete.

The App does not require or offer user account creation. No login or registration is necessary to use the App.

The App does not collect any personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The App does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect data from children.

Sudoku Dark requests only the minimum permissions necessary for the App to function. The App does not request access to sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, or phone state.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Since the App does not collect, process, or transfer any personal data, no cross-border data transfers occur. We are committed to complying with all applicable privacy, data security, and data protection laws, including the GDPR and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
